Friendship Mission

Friendship Mission was established in 1996 when Pastor Vincent Rosato, saw the need and was burdened to help the homeless and poor in Montgomery, AL.  It was the Pastor's vision to establish a facility that was accessible to all the needy in the area.  In 2004 this vision was relized by the building of their first facility located on Mobile Highway which at the time was considered the epicenter of the homeless population in the city of Montgomery.  In February 2013 the next phase of the mission was started in a different low - income area of Montgomery.  This facility is a shelter for homeless women and children.

Since Friendship Mission Inc. opened its doors in 1996, it has made every effort to minister to the community and surrounding area, by alleviating the overwhelming despair of a people that are destitute both financially and spiritually.

Volunteer Opportunities: Provide meals for the homeless. Help serve meals in the kitchen. Help with construction of new facilities. Teaching Bible studies. Helping at the new thrift store.
